No Refunds on Digital Products

All purchases of credits and digital services on Oraqle are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, which are immediately available and consumed upon use, we do not offer refunds.

Why No Refunds?

When you purchase credits on Oraqle, they become immediately available for image generation and AI interactions. Unlike physical goods, digital credits cannot be "returned" once the service capacity has been allocated. Each credit purchase directly provisions computing resources for your use.

We believe in fairness. If you experience a technical error on our end that prevents you from using purchased credits (e.g., system failure causing failed generations without credit deduction correction), we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include credit restoration or other appropriate remedies at our discretion.

Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your purchase or have concerns about a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.
