Oraqle is operated by LevelEcomX. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account & Usage

• You must create an account to use Oraqle's features
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Credits can be purchased to generate images and access premium features
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Intellectual Property

Images generated through Oraqle belong to you. You have full commercial rights to use generated images for your business, marketing, and any other purpose. The Oraqle platform, its code, design, and AI systems remain the intellectual property of LevelEcomX.

Prohibited Use

• No generation of illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content
• No attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems
• No automated scraping or mass extraction of platform data
• No impersonation or fraudulent use of generated content
• No distribution of malware or harmful code through the platform

Limitation of Liability

Oraqle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LevelEcomX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We strive for maximum uptime and quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
